🌟DAY 5 – Wednesday, May 28, 2025:

The penultimate day for the Tunisian delegation in Senegal as part of the ExPan'AFRICA program, with a day as rich in encounters and opportunities as ever.
The morning began with a visit to MediS, a Tunisian pharmaceutical company based in Dakar since 2014. MediS's Senegalese subsidiary represents a wonderful experience of successful establishment in the region. The discussions provided an opportunity to review the conditions for entering the Senegalese market, the challenges encountered, whether logistical, regulatory, or human, as well as the factors that contributed to lasting integration into the local ecosystem. Many thanks to the company's management, and in particular to its CEO, for their welcome and the quality of the discussions. The delegation then visited the Central Pharmacy of Fann Hospital, one of the most dynamic hospitals in the capital, to better understand the supply chains for medicines and medical devices.
The afternoon was devoted to a visit to Duopharm, a leading wholesale distributor and key player in the Senegalese pharmaceutical chain, to discuss distribution, logistics, and territorial coverage issues.
Finally, the day concluded with additional B2B meeting sessions, during which the companies supported were able to consolidate their exchanges with potential partners and clients.
